NORTHERN ILLINOIS TRANSIT AUTHORITY ACT

IL HB3438 is a proposed amendment to adopt life-cycle cost analysis for transportation infrastructure planning in Illinois.

MUNICIPAL AND COOPERATIVE ELECTRIC UTILITY PLANNING AND TRANSPARENCY ACT

IL SB2473 is a new bill requiring electric cooperatives, municipal power agencies, and municipalities to file plans with the Illinois Power Agency that describe their current energy portfolio, forecast future demand, and outline steps to reduce customer costs and environmental impacts.
